Taiwan-based Green Energy Technology (GET) announced on the 22nd May, 2012 that:
1. Due to raising criterion for wafer efficiency, quality and cost structure, GET wafer with high efficiency 17.2%~17.6% is reaching utilization 100% and more.
2. To strengthen competitiveness and improve cost structure, GET is planning to transfer internally part of thin film operating resources to wafer business to support.
3. GET will keep prioritizing cash-keeping and enhancing cost structure, along with long-term company development and high quality employees’ welfare.
